All rugs that are in stock and ready to ship at the time of purchase will be dispatched within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, Southern Rugs Tx ships within the United States only.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping will be calculated at the time of purchase; however, we offer free shipping on all orders over $1,500.
Will I receive tracking information for my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your rug has been shipped so you can monitor its progress.
What should I do if my rug arrives damaged?
If your rug arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos and details. We will work to replace or repair your rug or issue a refund, as applicable.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes due to the size and weight of our rugs. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
Do I need to be home to accept delivery?
For high-value or oversized rugs, a signature may be required upon delivery. This ensures your rug arrives safely.
What happens if my order is delayed?
