Southern Rugs Tx Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing info@southernrugstx.com.
How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, please include your order number and reason for return in your email. Once your return is approved, follow these steps:
- Rugs must be taken to a professional shipping provider for proper wrapping and shipping.
- Items must be shipped via FedEx or UPS, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Provide tracking details to us within 3 days of initiating the return.
Refund Policy
Returned merchandise must be in like-new condition and will be subject to inspection before a refund is issued. We offer two refund options:
- A refund to the original payment method, minus a 10% restocking fee, or
- A full refund as store credit.
Important: Rugs showing any signs of wear or damage will not be accepted for return.
